Emo Alice by Kalie Malnofski

This is my daughter's first image in her new line of Emo kids. She drew her at school today and was so proud to show her to me. She has 2 more kids ready for me to ink and scan for her (whew!) I'm going to be so busy with all my work and now trying to keep up with Kalie's. LOL! But, I'm very proud of her. Have a wonderful evening everyone!

~All the rules are on the sidebar so please take a quick minute to look over them. I wouldn't want anyone to be disqualified because the rules weren't followed!

Okay....now for the FUN!!!

CHALLENGE #1
The Stamping Boutique
T(texture) S(sparkle) B(buttons)
I thought there was no better way to start off the challenges then by using  the letters of TSB. So for your projects (they do NOT have to be cards...and scrapbooking is encouraged) I want to see some texture, lots of sparkle (I love sparkle), and buttons.
Can you handle that? Let's see how the DT handled this challenge!!!

Christy D.:
OMGoodness....this is such an amazing scrapbook layout. I just love all those buttons and the texture of the dots AND.....
this adorable bunny!!!! You can find this bunny in the store...you should hop on over and get it!!!

Dardi:
I love how the house is featured in the circle cut out and that border....sooo cute!

Stacie:
If this isn't a fabulous girly card I don't know what is!!! And princess Jennifer Latte is always a favorite. Lovin' all the sparkle!

Collette:
Wow....she used one of the new Cynthia images and this card is just amazing! If you enlarge this picture you can see that it looks almost like pieces of sugar candy on the cake...looks good enough to eat (in my opinion ;-) )

Michelle:
I am very much in love with thes fantastic roses with the little pearls in them...stunning!

Jeanne:
Okay...so this is what I call SPARKLE!!! I mean if you can't see it from this picture. Take a look at this one down below
AMAZING right?!

Miranda:
What a fantastic monocromatic card. This really makes me want a good latte...all those lush browns and creams together!!

Amanda:
Another scrapbook page....I am so blessed to have scrappers on this DT. I love that we can show that TSB images are not just for cards but can be used for ANYTHING. I love these layers...all the papers  behind it the main image is just great and do you see The Stamping Boutique image? It's the pinwheel journaling box....it's fantastic right? Tracey just put these in the store...I know you want one!!!

Wow....are you as inspired as I am right now? These girls are just amazing and TSB is very lucky to have such a wonderful group of talented girls!!!
I really hope you will join us this week and all the weeks following for our challenges. We look forward to YOU inspiring us now!!!!

Little girl-Once Upon A Time

Good morning,
This is a revision of an image that I just wasn't happy with. I made her a little girl instead of a fairy and some other changes. I"m much happier with her. I left her long hair plain for the Copic lovers to use your blending skills. I know you like your open spaces. :D Have a wonderful Sunday!

Quirky Crafts Sponsor

Are you ready to see just how versatile The Stamping Boutique images can be?  Well for the challenge we are sponsoring over at Quirky Crafts we were put to the test to think outside the box and get that creativity flowing.

The challenge is Alice in Wonderland - a project based on something from the Alice in Wonderland book, whether that is playing cards, a white rabbit, tea party etc.
So when I asked the Quirky Crafts team what images they would like to work with, they weren't sure any in store would work.  So I put on my thinking cap and came up wit a few ideas:
1. Birthday Bunny- reminds me of the un-birthday/ March Hare tea party
http://www.thestampingboutique.com/item_149/Birthday-Bunny.htm

2. Magic of Pretend- a little girl having a tea party
http://www.thestampingboutique.com/item_311/The-Magic-of-Pretend.htm

3. Chair- reminds me of the big chair Alice sits in at tea party
http://www.thestampingboutique.com/item_331/Audreys-chair.htm

4 Picket fence- the gate Alice comes through to tea party
http://www.thestampingboutique.com/item_328/Picket-Fence.htm

5. Apron- You can't have Alice without the apron
http://www.thestampingboutique.com/item_122/Apron-journal.htm

6. Butterfly Friend- the big toad stool she is using for umbrella
http://www.thestampingboutique.com/item_285/Butterfly-Friend.htm

We also have recipe cards which would be perfect for your fave tea recipe.  Well Suzi stepped up to the challenge and created the perfect card for this challenge.  She used  Audrey sitting and combined it with Audrey's chair.  How fun is that checkered floor and tea pot, embossing is also great touch that make this card so Alice!

So come join the challenge and let us see your creativity, once again images are up for grabs!  Remember there are only a couple days left to get your TSB projects entered in our monthly challenge, details can be found here.
